Well, the time has finally come! We are down to only a few hours now!

We fly out of here in about 4 hours

It gonna be a long flight (not anything like those flying from the UK) but we don't get the comfy seats either! :worship:

Can you believe it -- after all this waiting I will be in Florida tonight!!!!!

See ya all there!!!

safe trip.....and we'll see you there:banana:

Ok I now have the list complete - all 25 spots are filled and accounted for. I will be sending a PM to everyone today with information BUT I am also printing it out and will deliver it to each stateroom on the list when we get on the ship on Friday.

I am way behind in reading posts (you know DH is home from Iraq and he kinda gets some extra attention  ) but I will try to catch up later today.

I am almost done packing - thinking I have way too much but we shall see.

Talk to everyone later - off for an oral surgeory appointment and a dr. appointment.

My mom just called and she told me that since Tyler's birthday is only a few days after the cruise, for his birthday present she'd like to pay for the dolphin kids excursion for him (I chose the one in PV). :yay: After a visit to Sea World 2 years in a row, he's REALLY into sea animals and will LOVE doing this! He's going to be so excited! I can't wait to tell him!

That's great Holly! Are you going to do it with him, or just be an observer and take pics?

PJ - the site is great to send to friends and family - one question though - for some reason I can not get the links to work to any of the sites with camera's - am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance.

How am I supposed to sleep tonight?

We fly out tomorrow morning!!

I look forward to seeing some of you Friday at the DTD meet. The rest of you I will see you Saturday!!!!
Whoo Hoo!!!!

Over one year of waiting and it's finally here!!!

   MICKEY -- HERE WE COME!!!!

Have a safe trip!

Is there a place in or very near DTD where you can buy RUM???

I am gonna need to get a bottle or two before Friday.

I believe there is a liqour store in the Crossroads area.

Good morning everyone. I've been up since 3:30 thinking of things that need to be done. I can't even imagine how Wednesday will be.

OK, I PM'd you. Copied for everybody else:

End of the bee saga. OK...here's what happened. I waited until it was very cold, later in the evening, after the sun went down, pulled my curtain back, put a glass over the bee, felt the glass vibrating with it's buzzing (VERY big bee--but not a bumblebee), slid the piece of paper under, the bee crawled on the glass, I took it outside the front door and dumped it out. All's well that ends well.

Sounds like it could have been a carpenter bee. Check the house, eaves and windowsills for perfectly round holes and littl sawdust piles under them. If you find something like that, get an exterminator to come take care of it. You could spray some stuff but the exterminator has better stuff and then you block up the holes with caulk. I hope you find no holes.

I can't do it. It says only ages 4-10 or something like that. No adults. I'm assuming though, that the price includes me escorting him. I think the adults just stay out of the water and watch & take pics. No excursions for me this trip.

You have to be at least 12 before you can do these on your own
The description on DCLs site says only the kids are in the water. It looks like a platform they sit on at the edge of the pool.

Will try to remember to look.

Sorry, I mixed it up with the other dolphin experience at PV...where anyone under 12 has to be accompanied (sp) by an adult...and you cannot take pictures in the pool area....so Liam and nancy get to do that while I sit in the stands and take copious pictures

I'll get Jackie you get Marr :lmao: :lmao:
:lmao: I don't think you'll have to worry about me...I'm usually up at the crack of dawn. ALTHOUGH, it will only be 5:30AM to my body clock!:scared1:
Embarkation day is going to be a looooooong day, but an exciting one!

Cheri, your fish extender is darling!

Safe travels to all who head out today...see you soon!

.

Hi!

Just a drive by... got too much to do today...

WE LEAVE TOMORROW!!!

& I am SO not ready!!! :lmao: :scared: :lmao: :scared: :lmao:

Krisann, do we put anything on the postcards other than our names? I can't remember what was said about that.

Just asked if I can work Friday until 1pm. We're not leaving until 2pm, so I might as well squeeze as many hours into that paycheck as possible.

Had to ask for 6/4 off for Tyler's graduation. Why on earth do they do that for kindergarten? I think that's silly. Didn't do that when we were kids.
