I wasn't happy about the change in CC gift policy, they use to give a second gift if you could prove that the parties in the stateroom were from different addresses, and you had to go to GS to ask for this. Not anymore, they have offically stopped this practise, and it is now one per stateroom, no exceptions.

I hope they have some interesting items, ie a jacket or blanket in the shops that is Pan Can specific for those of us that fall into this catagory, I don't mind paying at all, just want something other then a t-shirt that I won't wear again.

I bought this dress on Ebay for Tropical night. I would have to be a good few lbs less to be able to wear it well. It looks great though and would be sexy on the right person!!!

Would anybody be interested in it as I could bring it over. It didn't cost me much at all, so it would be free to a good home.

It is from an excellent make over here, stretchy clingy fabric. Wrap around style with front slightly longer - asymetric. It is ruched at side which makes figure look brill, and is very slimming.

Size over here is a small 16, so I think that is a 14 over there.

It was washed when I got it and I have washed it too. It looks good. I wish it fit and looked good on me.

I'll be doing a live report, but I won't be posting it on the disboards. For our last Panama cruise, I did a ridiculously long report that I emailed out to friends and family every day. My plan is to do that aain this time. I need to get the internet anyway, so I can keep in touch with work, so I might as well use it for something fun too!


I can't believe how close we're getting to cruise time now! Yesterday, I did some dress shopping and got a BEAUTIFUL semiformal and formal dress. So now I have at least two great new dresses, and can fill in a couple of old ones for the rest of the formal nights

ok so all the westcoasters posted mega posts a few days ago and so I got soooo behind determined to catch up today...missed all of the excitement of room assignments. Well, we did not get an upgrade hoping for a verandah but got stuck with the big window we ordered We are in 2024 looked it up only one review from someone on the wonder said quiet good location with easy access to entertainment. I'm kind of creeped out by being on level 2 in the dungeon...I usually stay in 6 or 7 and our last cruise we booked a balcony so we'll miss not having that especially on this cruise...may call tommorow to see $ difference and maybe up it...if there is any room and no not interested in the haunted cat.4 room

for those who need it. John happy to hear that Manuel is feeling better and that the Dr. are optomistic on his upcoming treatments.

Nan-we are renting a car for the week in FL so we'll drive to NASA Friday and we are staying with my MIL they live in Melbourne(FIL works in Cape Canaveral).

Carol-DS is looking to playing backgammon with you....looking forward to meeting you and "yes" we'll set sometime that works with you to meet up during the cruise

We have stayed in 2024 before!! It is a great room. You will really like it. It is one of the first rooms requested ont he 2nd floor!! It is really quiet and nice!!

I love the 2nd floor and I have stayed on every deck that has staterooms on the ship!!

Well done on getting a couple of great dresses. I also went shopping yesterday and was almost in tears trying to find something. A combination of my shape and height, age, and design of clothes over her at the moment made it a less than enjoyable experience.

5 isn't that bad Holly. I can do that in a week.

Turned out I'm up 7 pounds. BUT....I'm OK with that because that's still a 38 pound loss from where I started!!!! It's good that I'm not steadily gaining back, so I'm sure I'll be able to maintain as long as I keep eating right and start exercising more.
