I'm in Carmel, listening to the Sharks as the hotel doesn't have Comcast Sportsnet.

Yes, it is not a pretty broadcast at this point. I did pick up 8 play-off tickets for tomorrow to resell while listening. Ticketmaster always releases tickets for the next play-off game while the current play-off game is going on. Happens all the time. Not sure why. But I always can make a little money as my broker personality.

It is beautiful here in Carmel, although it is getting a bit harder traveling with the 4 boys by myself. When they were younger, I seem to have my control. Oh well. DH is driving up now, trying to find our room. We are staying at Clint Eastwood's resort, Carmel Valley Ranch. Pretty nice. My conference starts tomorrow at 8am. Ok, now back to listening to a very bad version of Jaws.

V, I'm totally behind but recall you asked about my conversation about trying to lose weight but feel like it is useless if I'm going to gain weight...I'm not pregnant...yet. I think we will try to have one more, although days like today I sit and just think "what? am I crazy??" I ran into another board member (I sit on a State board for a healthcare organization). Anyway, I ran into another board member whose husband happened to deliver my kids and I was telling her how we were debating about having another. Also mentioned how I brought some Cohibas cigars, but here I am with the kids. Wasn't paying too much attention to the kids.

So we (the kids and I) start to walk to the hotel room and my oldest asked what we were talking about when I said we were debating something. I told him how we were trying to decide whether we should have more children. My second oldest yelled "you can just chose that? How can you just chose?" Then my oldest said, "Well daddy would have to get a shot in his privates if you weren't going to have any." Kids...where do they get their information? And then my oldest said "do you have cigarettes? Do you smoke?" And then the other said "smoking will kill you." Kids...they won't let you get away with anything.

ok so all the westcoasters posted mega posts a few days ago and so I got soooo behind determined to catch up today...missed all of the excitement of room assignments. Well, we did not get an upgrade hoping for a verandah but got stuck with the big window we ordered We are in 2024 looked it up only one review from someone on the wonder said quiet good location with easy access to entertainment. I'm kind of creeped out by being on level 2 in the dungeon...I usually stay in 6 or 7 and our last cruise we booked a balcony so we'll miss not having that especially on this cruise...may call tommorow to see $ difference and maybe up it...if there is any room and no not interested in the haunted cat.4 room

Nan-we are renting a car for the week in FL so we'll drive to NASA Friday and we are staying with my MIL they live in Melbourne(FIL works in Cape Canaveral).

question-where are the laundry rooms I could find it looking on the DCL website ....wondering if we are near one....I don't plan on doing laundry but worried about smell/noise? Maybe my kids will have another idea about this and get everything really dirty and I'll have no choice

B, lots of people really like Deck 2 (great location for the restaurants and deck 3 and 4 activities and getting off the ship on port days). And your porthold window is pretty big. (It's deck one that has the two small portholes)
