No really.... Mom's name if Barbara and Dad's name is Kenneth... (although he goes by Vincent.)

You have said it well. Every parent I believe thinks that what is going on with their child is the worst or hardest there ever has been. And we all struggle with making choices and parenting on a daily basis. We have a neighbor that has a disabled child that takes that child to the park at the end of our street everyday to swing. We have watched this man swing with his child all of Wilson's life (8 years). Paul and I try to tell ourselves when we are down and out on what is happening with our kids, whatever the dilemma of the day might be "there by the grace of God" we could be swinging at the park. I think we know that man is in a good place with his child, as he is swinging with him/her everyday. We are grateful for our child and our childs problems, no matter how big or small they are. We can swing at the park with our child. My hat is off to you. You are a great dad. Both of our glasses are always going to be full (half or more, depends on the time of day) and I will enjoy toasting mine with you on the ship.

Just for curiosity, I just tried to access my cruise plans. It let me get to the page where you pick what you want to do-like reserve Palos, excursions, spa, etc. I clicked on Palos, ans it won't let me in. Is that normal? Are they just getting ready for the 75 day hassel-free ressie fun? Vicki

The only best picture nominees we saw were Atonement and Juno.

No Country for Old Men was about a hitman and I think There Will Be Blood was about early oil strikes

I am a pretty basic user!! John and I budgeted for a camera - not much but he just called and said if I can find a resonable laptop, I can get one! Would love to take it onboard! But of course...there aren't many pink ones!

and I have not heard good things about Vista.

stick with XP if you can..
also buy an external hard drive to back all your pictures on the cruise,
hp or compact is my choice not a fan of dell(But thats my prefrence)

Ok, just so you all know...I'm watching the Academy Awards and have cried a couple of times...what a wuss!

Yes, it was easier to do the email and there have been a lot of changes including a couple of people who cancelled who are on our master list... I'll forward that to you Lisa.

Has anyone ever seen any of these movies that are winning...La vie en rose, No country for old men? I don't even know what these are about...and what about best song...I never heard of Once, the movie..any one else?

I know all the movies, but have only seen Ratatouille, Enchanted, Underdog... are you sensing a theme. I see movies in bulk on the Disney cruise. Last year I saw 17 movies during the time onboard... planning to do the same thing this year.

Yea, I don't know what she was thinking, but she needs a new stylist. BTW...celebrity gossip, did anyone see Angelina Jolie at the Independant Spirit Awards. She is pregnant, and looks very far along. Her last pregnancy she didn't get too big. She looks really happy, which is nice to see. Smiling and signing autographs with her partner Brad.
