So, I am new to this booking process. We have only done 1 (4) day cruise, and of course everything was booked up for that, and we didn't get anything,which didn't matter since it was just Nassau. But what do we do if we can not get in at all tonight? Can we try to book with DCL when they open, or what do we do??????

Well I got two palos. Had both the last palo and the spa I wanted and never made it to confirmation. This has been a frustrating few hours. I have two reservations so have two laptops going.

Still waiting on the fish from Hades to let me choose a time for Cabo. 10 min so far.....

The excursion that I THOUGHT I reserved but did not CONFIRM will not let me book...but it does not say full, it just kept coming back.....some fish and then it would go back to the booking part.....I THINK THERE WHOLE SYSTEM IS SCREWED UP!! Sorry....I'm having a meltdown

I had a similar problem and just closed down my browser and started over.

I've booked 2 excursions in the 2 hours and 5 minutes I've been logged in and we just clicked the confirmation on the 3rd one.

Still got Palo's to book.... So it's back to swimming with the fishes. Once of course the last excursion is confirmed....

I was able to confirm Canopy in PV. Hate to say it , but there were 3 times when I pucnhed the early time - this was the one I really wnated....way to early but i got it.

So I was so happy I got a Palo's on the 15th, but didn't know about that confirming thing...now it is gone. Oh well...not sure how much longer I will stay up for this!

Well I logged in on John's computer but it won't bring up the reservations - I'm being serviced!!!!

I wonder if now that is the problem with my two other pages that are fish. Just won't move because of this basic problem.

Well Darrell is going to bed. He tried to stay up and show support but he is usually in bed by 9pm so he is giving up. Luckily I'm a night owl so willing to stick it out a while longer.

At our 3 night pre-christmas - I treated DH (and me) to one of the villa spa treatments on the premise that I would never be able to book one on line for the PC ....

guess I was right!

But I had thought it would be that you all had grabbed them, not becuase of 32 fishes...

I found that if you retrieve your reservation again after you have submitted, it seems to work better. Basicly logout and log back in after each successful booking. It is still slow but a lot faster than without doing.

If I could book ONE thing I would try this!!
