That's the one I'm trying for right now - but I haven't made it to the time page yet.
How on earth can you petroglyphs in the dark?!!!!
two excursions...then got lost in Palo limbo.
I've got my tea, changed into my jammies and am good to go for a while. The cat, however, is a bit annoyed and told me in no uncertain terms, if the lights were still on then she wanted more food in her dish! So 1AM snack for the kitty.![]()
OK - which port is this?
We are diving but I really wanted to see the petryglyphs...and not unerwater.
Well it's good to see the system is still working....more or less...![]()
Oh, I love those surprise cruises! Where do they think they are going (since you'll be flying cross country)?
I remember them being sick.....and then you got sick after. Good grief, I couldn't handle this with 2 kids!Holly-the boys were sick last week. I found that alternating motrin and tylenol worked great. Since one is ibuprophen (sp) and the other is ancetamenaphin (sp) you can do that without a problem. Their fevers were 103 to 104 and the last time Ryan had a fever that high he had a febrile seizure, so I wanted to be sure to keep his fever under control. They were both like Tyler, throwing up, etc. It was awful. The cold washcloth helped and I just made sure they had liquids. Sucking on ice also helped.
good luck...I went through it in double doses, so I know what you're going through!

to you for getting through! Every time he coughs, I jump because I think he's about to throw up and want to get the bucket under his face!

Is there a way to get the posts in real time without having to constantly hit the refresh button? or am I just doing something wrong?
Re: the Petrogylphs.. It let me confirm it, and then it kicked me out again....sigh
How late does it stay light on the West Coast? Are we really going to be wandering around in the dark? Do I need one of those really cool flashlights that I can wear on my head? I do love my gadgets.
I wasn't looking forward to hiking in the middle of the afternoon. I guess this is there way of sparing us the heat.
Oh my......Well, I'll just keep telling myself, at least it's only one child! And at least I'm not doing it too! There's no way that would work. He'd definitely have to go to his dad's if that happened. And in fact, if I do end up getting this, he'll probably have to stay extra at his dad's anyway. That was me, jumping at everything! The boys have jack and jill bathrooms and I was literally RUNNING from bed to bed with a pit stop to empty the bowl in the toliet. I didn't sleep for a week. Drew threw up more than Ryan so I actually slept in his bed. I just kept the bathroom doors open so I could hear Ryan if he needed me. Being almost 10, he was able to handle it better if he was getting sick, but it was no fun. My boys have never been sick at the same time, so it was a new one for me.
Just hang in there, it'll pass soon. It's hard to see them so sick though.
Still have fish. Ugh, I'm thinking of going to bed!
