May 03 2003 Eastern Magic Cruisers

Hope I didn't miss it! Anyone cruising on the May 03 Eastern Magic? DH (40), myself (42) and DD (7) will be taking our 3rd cruise. Trying to find shore excursions to make everyone happy! Any ideas or suggestions appreciated!

Me (47), Mom (74) and my DS (7) will be on that cruise with you. We've done Eastern before but have not done any of the excursions. I have a friend on the Eastern right now and will get a report back from her regarding some of them - I'll pass them on to you if she doesn't write a trip report.

Hi, there. We (self, 41; DH 36; DSS 11) will be on the same cruise. We've not done the eastern before. I've booked some rental cars on the islands and we plan to head to the beaches for snorkeling on our own. As much as we loved the excursions we did on the 3-day Wonder last yer, we think we'll try to keep our costs down and options open by heading off on our own. And yes, I will be a mother hawk about the time so we don't miss the boat!!

Feels like forever til then - maybe I should start packing?!!!!!

Too bad we just can't live on the Disney ship and visit our homes a few times a year!!

Hi! Myself, my wife and our 3 year old daughter will be travelling over from London, United Kingdom to join you on May 3.

A colleague of mine did the eastern cruise last year (with toddler) and she has offered advice on excursions - will update you.

It will be nice to hear what your friend's recommendations are. I've been Eastern before but never have taken an excursion. I would like to get to the top of St. Thomas but I remember what those gondolas in Switzerland were like and......well, I'm a bit nervous! But the view would be wonderful!

We will be there too! Moi , DH, DS (11) ,DD(6) along with my sis, BIL, and two DN's (5 & 3). Can't wait......especially now when we have sub-zero temps! I wanna be on a beach chair in the sun See ya'll there!!!

Hi...We'll be on the 5/3/2003 Eastern for the second time.

We last went over July 4th 2001 and liked it so much we are returning rather than going on the Western. We want to explore St. Maarten & St. Thomas more and go more "freestyle" rather that take specific excursions.

We did however do the Atlantis Sub in St Thomas & the Island tour in St Maarten.

I wrote what they were like in my trip report listed below that is still on the board. It's kinda long but hopefully it'll help.
