MaxPass Price increase?

I swear that I read somewhere this morning that the cost of MaxPass went up with the price increases today to $20. All of the Disney Documentation I can find says it didn't. Can anyone shed light on this?

It was incorrectly reported as $20 on a popular Disneyland fb page. It's still $10.

I was curious about this today also, so I just looked at ticket prices on Disneyland.com and added the Maxpass option. It was something like the regular ticket for 1 person was $117 and with Maxpass would be $127, so it’s still just $10. I’m sure it will go up at least next year with Star Wars Land!

I would watch it closely, I wouldn't be surprised to see it increase before the next price increase occurs, often these misprints are advanced warning of things to come.

I'm pretty sure the screen shot that was being shared was from someone who had a 2 day, 1 park ticket in their "cart" ($210), and then showed MaxPass as being $20 (which is $10 per day of the ticket). I don't believe the system ever actually showed $20 per day.

I do think the price will go up, but I'm hoping they will at least improve the Wi-Fi beforehand! And if they waited for SW:GE, at least there would be some perceived added value to a price increase.

Looks like it did go up just saw on DL website this under Maxpass:

Disney MaxPass is available for only $15 per day, per ticket—so you can experience more of the park with the people you love!

This happened with the price increase this past January. Posters have reported that if you buy MP with your tickets on the DLR website, it is still $10/day.

Both promotional tickets still allow for you to buy the MP for $10 rather than $15 per person per day. This brought our savings of 25% on 5 day park hoppers to 30%.

This thread is from a year ago...

While MP did increase from $10 to $15, that only happened this past January. This thread was created February 2018. It didn't go up until almost a year after this thread was posted.

And yes, another voice confirming you can see on the website that if you buy the promotional tickets with MP, it is still $10/day for those. But will be $15 if you wait until you're at the parks to purchase it day by day.
