MaxPass for photo pass only question

Party of 3 that won't be splitting up. If I get the MaxPass for photopass only, can I still get a card from the photographer so I don't have to be pulling my phone out?

Is the photopass card even a thing any more?

Maybe I worded that wrong. I don't want to use my phone. When we were there 5 years ago, you got a card with your unique number, that each photographer would scan. Is the card still an option with the maxpass/photopass feature.
I want to use the card, not my phone/the app.

Yes, you can use a card. But you have to add it to your account at some point. You should be able to enter the number. But I loved how easy it was to just scan it in on my phone. You can collect PP cards all week and add them to your account when you get home.

Thanks. Next question would be........
Is there a time limit, like if I get one on Monday, but don't get home until the following Sunday, there isn't a chance of the pictures being gone? Or is that the reason for putting the card number in to the app when we go back to the hotel each night?
Also.............will I need a new card each day if I do it this way?

You have so long to add them to your account. It might be 30 days, but I wouldn't risk it. I'd get them as soon as you can. You then have more time after that before they expire, 30 days I believe.

You can use as many or as few cards as you want. One card for the week, or several cards a day. It doesn't matter. Sometimes before you can hand the photographer your card, they will have already scanned a new one to give you. Don't worry. Just add that one too.
