Maxpass and Star Wars Land?

I was looking at posts from a few months ago with rumors saying you will need MaxPass to use Fastpass for the new Star Wars Land rides when they open. Any updates on this?

I don’t think we’re going to know much about this until it gets closer to the opening. I think, however, this information is due to speculation based on how the land will be more interactive. How you perform on an attraction can affect your experiences with character interactions and such. Stay tuned to the boards, it will be a great resource the closer the opening gets!

Its way too soon for anyone to know anything about the actually details of how things will run once Star Wars land opens. There are rumors that Max Pass won’t be able to be used on any of the rides & only regular fast pass will be allowed, that there will be no max pass or fast pass at all for the first year, that you’ll have to pay extra to get in at all, that you will need max pass to ride the new rides etc. I doubt we will have any sort of idea about those sort of things until we are within a few months of the actual opening.
