Hi all,
I have a technical question regarding how many people or "Additional Purchasers" can be on a DVC deed. My grandparents joined the DVC back in '91 when it started. Twenty years later, they now have five grandchildren in additional to their three kids. We have all been enjoying vacations with them over the years but we are now getting to the point where we would like to become actual members so that we can take advantage of the perks in our own households. I understand they would have to draw up a new deed and list us as purchasers, but what are the actual limits to the number of people that can be on a deed? Additionally, if a company or LLC buys a deed, what are the limits to the number of officers that can take advantage of membership?
I know these are rather technical but I'd appreciate the help! I've been all over Google and can't find any information.
