Max Pass Question and EMH

If I am in Disneyland for EMH at 7 am and DCA opens at 8 am, Can I book a max pass fast pass for a DCA ride beginning at 7 am or only Disneyland rides beginning at 7 am. I know the return time will be after 8 am in both instances, but checking on when I can start booking.
