He's still in Depts/Megastores, but is also in Pets. Maybe he has been cloned! You can only get credit for clicking on him once, though.

I clicked on him in Dept/Megastores, earned an entry in their sweepstakes (note: NO MORE POINTS!), and that took me to pets, where he was but when I clicked on him there it said you can only enter once a day.
