MAW Trip Set! Questions from a newbie?

Hi all!! I am new here and curious as to where is the best place or the proper place to ask questions regarding our MAW trip? Also anyone who has specific recommendations of threads they may have found particularly helpful before their trip?
Also where we might find others traveling to GKTW at the same time we are??

Our wish trip is set for November 8-14, 2013, the wish child is 14 yrs old her name is Sydney. Sydney is autistic and has suffered from seizures for her entire life. Yet not a day goes by that there is not a smile on her face, so I look forward to the excitement in her eyes as she sees Disney for the first time!

. . . the central area of GKTW is not that big
