MAW Trip of a Lifetime....1st time to WDW! -Beach Update!

I love the calendar and made a few for others too. I have also seen soe made up like a calendar but didn't do that because it's a lot of pages to print if the time cuts through two months or more! If you want one for Lisa, I sure will do it! it can be printed and used anytime!

I have seen some of the others you have made as well. When we get a date pinned down I definitely will ask you for one. THANK YOU for the offer!!!

Hello my Pooh-tastic little family! I am your humble crochet lady and I cannot believe that we didn't put a note in your box. I can't tell you have much I enjoy making something that your gang can look at and remember this special moment for your family. I am a new "Giver" (you guys were my second family) and I am so thankful to serve you. I LOVE the photo shoot! Absolutely perfect! I'm so glad the hats fit, as well. Well I went to the mailbox and lo and behold there was a package from our wonderful neighbors to the north - Canada. It was package 2 of 2 and said it was for Zoe.... now package 1 of 2 has not finished it's great journey to the wiles of Nebraska yet, but we will seek it out in the days to come....but......in the meantime... us girls were ready to attack this package like a lioness attacks it's prey.... okay well not quite that bad, but we really wanted to open it and since it was marked for Zoe.......well we gave into temptation...DH thought we should wait....but.... we couldn't. What was in it? What could it be? It was soft, so it had to be something cloth...

This was such a beautiful dress...the photos don't do it justice...and it fit perfectly....!!! Zoe loved it and so did I!!!

We will be surveying the mail box for box 1 of 2.... when will it come? who gave us this BG? What is in box 1 of 2....I assume it is for the boys...but stay tuned ....!

One year ago today, Kaleb's wish grantors - Jill and Jan - came to ask him his wish!!!!!

That seems so long ago doesn't it?? I remember reading when you first posted and I have been reading ever since Then Kaleb had his transplant...I rarely posted back then, I felt so intimidated as a new poster (had lurked off and on for years on the DIS). I got over my fear of posting it looks like.. I felt like everyone had such good rapport and I was the new kid...I am sure others feel that way as well, I do if I jump in on a post that has been going on for a while...not sure why I am rambling on, I just really have enjoyed getting to know your family and wanted you to know I have been here from the beginning, so the year visit of MAW visiting just touched me and resounded with our own LOOOONG wait.

Zoe looks absolutely adorable in her BEAUTIFUL dress, I am looking forward to the other package arriving so we can see what treasures are inside. I hope your day is Blessed!

Thanks for being here from the beginning.... A year seems like a long time... yet on the other hand it has gone by fast too....seems like time just disappears It has been great getting to know you too. and I'm glad you got past the shyness of posting...your posts make a difference! PS I rample too!

I think Zoey is a cute dog, especially hidden in the plush animals!

Awww - thanks for the comments on Zoey!!! Glad you could spot her in the middle - lol!!! She is really a funny little dog, lots of personality, so easy going. She comes with us when we go to Camp Promise each year, and the campers just love her. She is very good with them too!! She is a well travelled doggy!!! She doesnt love the flight from Philly to MT, but she loves MT when she gets there!!! lol

How close is your home to Philly and Lansdale? We have family in Lansdale, and visited Philly when Kaleb was 3 weeks old! Our only family vacation.. for a wedding.... I think PA is beautiful....

Got two new Big Gives.... and have to wait!!!! I tried peeking but couldn't I think Package 1 of 2 from Canada took its own safari adventure.... and it's still on it's way I assume! Maybe it'll pick up a few neat postmarks! Hmmm maybe from Africa, Brazil and Cambodia? LOL So later this evening there should be some more pics in store!

It's a cold day here in Nebraska. We were fooled last week with good weather and then the truth came....cold.... but there was a warmth to our day in the form of the BIG GIVE!!!!!

What could they be? I was sorely tempted to open them and look, or at least peek (I tried but it did no good). So when the boys got home...guess what we did? Yup you got it - we OPENED them!!!!

SO what was in the two packages...?

The first was from dis'r Darragh or Becky.... so Becky tried to spook us a little when we saw what hitchhiked to our home today!

The next Give was from the Burke family or Scouthawk!

What could be in this package? Nathan was extremely eager to open it, so I let him.

Thank you for the awesome lanyards and pins....They are already planning on trading and buying pins for their new collection! THANKYOU!!!!!
