LOVE that you were picked to be a Big Give Family and the fun has started!Lisa is such a wonderful person to do that for so many families!
I have to comment on the Hawaiian shirt...my oldest, Christian, began wearing Hawaiian shirts in seventh grade and he wears them now, almost to the exclusivity of anything else! His senior year of high school, he was featured in his yearbook for his sense of style...everybody knew him because of those shirts! They actually named a day for him in his honor for his sense of self and style...I still have the framed proclamation! EVERYBODY wore Hawaiian shirts, it was too funny (although I admit he had to loan quite a few friends his shirts
) That is a great memory for me.
One day he came to school and found two very NICE (Much more expensive than I ever bought him) shirts hanging on his locker. His calculus professor had brought them in for Christian when he returned from his cruise... he had even had them dry-cleaned for him.
