hello!! My sister was granted a wish from Make a Wish to Disney (I’m her guardian), since I believe they give tickets to Disney world, Orlando universal studios, and sea world etc, we were trying to figure out the best schedule and on what days we should do what, and what parks are full day parks or half day parks so we can do more than one on the same day. What parks should we pair together and what parks should we schedule a full day for?
What are some things that we should make sure to do and what are some things that aren’t worth the time? This would be our first time to Disney so we’re just looking to get an idea of what our schedule would be like and we’ve spent so much time already looking into all the attractions but there’s just so much we don’t know where to begin.

:welcome: If you haven't found it yet, we have a Wish Trip thread on the disABILITIES Forum. That thread has been rather quiet lately, but you may get some good ideas from it and several people who post on the disABILITIES Forum have taken Wish trips in the past.

Enjoy your vacation!

6 total park days. And thanks I’ve found it, just wanted to see if I could get some ideas from here as I haven’t heard back from that thread. Thank you!

How old is everyone going? And what kind of rides / shows do you all like (thrill rides vs family rides vs mostly shows)?

Youtube is a great resource to check out rides and shows. It does provide spoilers at times, but it was the best way I could figure out what my family would like for our first trip.

having been on 2 grandsons MAW trips make sure you plan on doing some of stuff at Give Kids The World besides the parks. also make sure you check out which characters are visiting GKTW while you are there so you don't plan on doing those also at parks to save time

Check to see if your trip includes a special character meet of your sister’s choice. Make sure the character meet is scheduled for the same day you’ll be in Magic Kingdom as you won’t be allowed in if you don’t have a park ticket for the meet and greet date.

Let your sister know she can choose and meet with her favorite character for a full 30 minutes. Hiro, a Princess, Marie, are some of the choices and the event team will make sure she has an amazing time.

We were at Sea World on Saturday and it really is a full day park. Fitting in all the shows, exhibits, and feeding sea lions and manta rays took up most of the day. We’re returning again for the rides.

If you want to squeeze all of the parks you mentioned in the visit I'd allow at least one day per park. With the extra day (day 6) I'd recommend visiting Magic Kingdom a second time. There is a lot to see and do there.

Take a look at the attractions at each park. Some might not interest your sister as much as others. You might find that you do 1/2 day at a park. If that's the case and you have park hoppers, you can visit another park that same day.

Also, long days at the parks can be tiring. Be sure to build in some down time to recharge.

Enjoy the trip!
