It's surgery week for Madison! She has pre-op tomorrow and surgery on Tuesday so if everyone could say a little prayer, send good vibes, whatever it is you do, we would GREATLY appreciate it!!!

Thanks everyone! She had pre-op this morning and it went well except for when she had to have blood taken. Madison was raging mad at me because I didn't tell her first! I thought if I would have told her she would have flat out refused. Oh well, can't win them all. We did just receive a call that her surgery is now at 7 am instead of 1 pm so that's good news! We will probably leaving the hospital right around lunch time (perfect!!!).

You have been on my heart so strongly (I have been trying to post for an hour). I will be praying for peace and God's Grace as Madison has her surgery today. Sending lots of Mommy Strength from one Heart Mom to another!

I will be eager to log on tonight and see that the surgery is successfully complete and Madison is home, resting comfortably!

Madison is back in surgery! She was given Versed about 45 minutes before they wheeled her back and let's just say, I haven't laughed that long in a while! Silly girl! If there are no complications (which there shouldn't be), her actual surgery should be less than an hour. We all greatly appreciate your prayers and good thoughts!

We are home and everything went very well. Surgery was less than an hour. It took her a little while longer to wake up than they expected (although we expected, girlfriend is HARD to wake!). We were home before lunch! She's sitting on the couch right now eating strawberry shortcake and watching tv. She's doing wonderfully, thank goodness!!
