MAW-can you add a day to the 3 day pass?

I've read in some of the other forums that you can add a day to a 3 day pass for not a lot of cost. We were thinking of doing MNSSHP and having that be an extra "day" in Disney, but if we can add a day for less money I'd love to do that! I've also been reading more about the party and thinking maybe it wouldn't be worth the cost for our family.

I didn't know how that would work since we're getting the tickets through MAW. Anyone know?

I don't think it works that way. Since Disney gifts the passes to Make a wish, I don't believe you can add to them.

The GKTW passes are Complimentary. Their value, for upgrade purposes, is zero. They cannot be upgraded or modified in any way.

They are correct - you can't "add a day" to your pass...

But you CAN certainly pay to go to MNSSHP and basically add a "day in Disney" to your trip! This is a really good way for a MAW family to get extra Disney time without having to pay for a full day ticket (which is more expensive than the party!)

You would have to buy tickets (Some MAW chapters will buy these for the family, depending on their budgets) - we just used our MAW expense check - but you can buy tickets to MNSSHP...

The way I recommend it is to go to MNSSHP on a "non" Disney day - you can go to the Magic Kingdom at 4:00 PM - and stay until midnight as part of the party - so you would get a lot of "extra" time in Disney! And this really helps since you only have three days to see everything!
