For anyone who loved the delicious Maui scalloped potatoes at Ohana, make your way to The Wave. We had dinner there Sunday night, and the filet came with scalloped potatoes that were as close to Maui potatoes as any I've had since Ohana removed them.
The Wave changes its menu frequently, so don't delay. I have to say our dinner there was spectacular from start to finish. The bacon and eggs appetizer is phenomenal, and I had a corn and chicken chowder that I will dream of. My DH and I split the filet and potatoes (so yummy), and we both had dessert. His trio came with a lemon bar with blackberry topping, a passion fruit cobbler and a cheesecake. My sorbet trio came with white peach Chardonnay, blackberry lime and strawberry lemon.
All in all, it was the best meal we've had at Disney in a long, long time. We plan to go back next month!
