None of these situations ever end well for anyone involved. What puzzles me, as a man, is the "capability of consenting". If I'm understanding it correctly -if a woman claims she was too drunk to consent, the likelihood of the man being accused being found guilty is higher. Which makes sense. What happens if both are incapable?
