Maternity Clothes at DLR

Well, we just found out that DW is pregnant again. I will be doing a solo trip this Saturday and want to get something for her while I am there. Is there anywhere in the park or DTD that sells maternity clothes? I was thinking of a shirt that has a printed mickey hat on the belly or something along those lines.

I don't remember any, but it's been a year since I was there. I was pregnant the last 2 times I went and would have loved something like that!

I'm pretty sure they don't have any maternity clothes at DL. You could always get her a sleep shirt that she could wear to bed or around the house.

Not even Disney store online has maternity clothes, unfortunately. You'd think that would be a big seller, too.

On the Community Board - Creative DISigns - they have some really cute maternity designs that you can iron-on t-shirts. There are some very talented people here!!

I was just there in March and I bought a very cute shirt, it is not a maternity shirt but I am almost 6 months pregnant and it still works. It is a pink shirt with a sketched mickey and minnie on it (I think they also have it in red). They sell it in the first store on your right on main street. I bought the shirt in XL and I love wearing it.
I wish I could describe it better but hopefully you can find it.

Alternative suggestions... how about a piece of jewlery for mom-to-be. She can wear it even after baby comes. And maybe a bib or outfit for baby with a card saying you can't wait to bring your future son or daughter to meet Mickey.

Something I have done is to get a plain maternity tank and sew some Disney patches on the lapel. I wish they did have maternity clothes! I can't wear my regular disney shirts and hoodies now!

And don't forget to bring home a set of baby mickey ears for the little one! You could always have them embroidered w/ "BABY" on them, and I think that would be super-cute!

That is a bummer that Disney does not sell maternity clothes, but I will come up with something. We are going to WDW when she will be approx. 8 months and I have a few ideas already brewing for a custom shirt for the trip. That is if she will be able to make the trip.
