Yes, Yes, Yes. I don't care if I am almost old enough to be Rob's mom. My niece went to a concert, I couldn't believe she didn't get me a ticket. She said she didn't know about my obsession. She and my sister did call me during the concert so I could here Last Beautiful Girl.
Patiently waiting for the next CD on Tuesday since my other 2 are about worn out. My DD's downloaded Disease so I could here it early.
Smooth is still my favorite!!!

The Behind the Music aired at 11:00 this morning and will air again at 9:00 tonight. If either of you are Rob fans you must watch this! You get a nice view!

On the VH1 web site you can register for a trip to see the band and you can listen to the entire new CD. I have to refrain from listening to it. Tuesday morning I will be at Wal-Mart bright and early!

I will have to post my photos that I have with the guys. I was quite the little groupie back in '96-98 or so. Then they got to be too big.
I just have been so turned off by the stuff after Yourself..., but I was pretty obsessed with that album for a couple of years.

Who bought it today???
Wal-Mart opens at 7:00, so I get there at 7:20. Isn't that enough time for them to know where their stock is? No, not at this Wal-Mart. (They are always out of what I need!) They were supposed to have a really good price on the CD so I was disappointed. I really didn't want to go to the ONE record store in town because they would be so expensive. And they don't open until 10:00! I couldn't wait that long to hear it. Anyway, against my better judgment I jumped in my car and drove all the way to K-Mart (maybe 1 mile).
Side note: I HATE this K-Mart. It is old and run down and nothing ever rings up at the correct price.
I make my way back to the Electronics Department. On my way there I meet up with this guy that I met at Wal-Mart looking for the same CD. We get back there and no CD is out.
That guy finds the Electronics employee and asks him if they have the CD. He has 4 boxes of CDs that he still needs to put out. He looks through them so SLOW. (Probably not, but it felt that way - I was going to be late for work at this point.) Anyway, the CDs were at the very bottom of the very last box he had. Just my luck! Anyway, their flyer said the CD should be $10.99. No way!! That sure is cheap for a new CD. Knowing my luck at that store I was ready for battle as I approached the front checkout. Can you imagine the shock on my face when it scanned at the correct price? On my way to the door I thought this trip to K-Mart was too easy. Well, guess what! She forgot to scan it to deactivate the security device. But, I calmly walked back over to her to let her scan it. Then, I made a mad dash for my car and popped in the CD.
After that, my day was wonderful! I was listening to my new CD all day long while counting down the days to my new job. It couldn't get much better than that!
By the way, I think Unwell is my favorite. This is going to be my new saying: I'm not crazy I'm just a little unwell!!! I need to go add that to my sig line now.

I love Matchbox 20. I will be going tomorrow for the CD. Rob Thomas is sooooo cute and I love his voice. Aerosmith is my alltime fav (love my Stevie), but I have to say Matchbox 20 is a close second.

I picked mine up at 6:50am on my way to work! I made my 8th graders listen to it while we were doing our lab, but I was so busy I only half heard it. I still couldn't tell you about the last couple of songs on the cd because my drive isn't that long. What I have heard is very good!
