Massages at WDW

I have had a couple of massages at the Spa at the Disney Institute. I would recommend the full body Sweedish for 55 minutes. It is heavenly and really touches the right places. I think that anything with a "harder" touch (sports massage) might be uncomfortable. Sometimes the pressure is very deep. Tell them if you feel to much pressure and you do not like it. They will adjust the pressure according to you. ( I like a semi firm massage)
The aromatherapy was nice but I would never do it again. I kept wishing that I had done the Sweedish. It was not what I look for in a massage.

I will be trying the Spa at the Grand Floridian next week if I have some extra money so I'll let you know how that goes. I will definatly be doing a Spa in December:)

Might have to pack the game cube..:o
Will have to go out & buy and extra controller for Perry...;)
Who knows what we will do...anyone is free to join us...
Catsrule---does DH know about this??;)

DH is the one that said I should go with Amanda. I think he is trying to dump me for a few hours.:p Probably to show the Shep where he can buy cheap coronas. :p

If you need a few controllers, let me know. We have a GameCube and I could bring one or two along with me for you to use :teeth:

Well, this is a plan. I will try to put it together thet best can. I will be away for the next two weeks at WDW and then for work. No time at home sooo...come on girls PM me and I will set it up in the middle of October. We may take over the whole Spa!!!!:) How fun. Any one not interested in the Spa but want to meet at the Grand Floridian after let me know. Now when???????

What if it is ALL of us?:) Imagine hundreds and hundreds Disrer's wanting a massage meet. LOL:)

Is it true that the Disney Institute is closed for remodling? I was thinking of having a massage there in December. Can you get a massage at the Grand Floridian if you are not staying there?

The date I plan on doing the massage and possibly a facial is December 3rd. This is our free day since we will be going to MVMCP in the evening. I would want a very early morning or late afternoon appointment.....still want time at the pool:D
The more the merrier....this is my first 'spa experience' so if there are others I may not feel as uncomfortable.

Mayflower1635...I am pretty sure that you don't have to be staying at the resort to be able to use their spa.
