Mask Recommendations?

Heading down mid-May.

Any recommendations for really good breathable masks?

I've worn several kinds of cloth masks, and I really wanted to like them because they were cute. But when it came down to wearing them in the heat and humidity, the disposable paper surgical masks were just way more comfortable than any cloth mask I tried. Breathing was definitely easier, and my glasses didn't fog up. I haven't tried the double mask (paper mask covered by cloth mask) yet - if that's comfortable then I guess I can wear my cute ones again!

I like my cloth masks best. I even wore them last July at wdw and I was very comfortable, but I’ve heard a lot of people swear by disposable masks. I have to wear disposable masks at work and I’m not a huge fan. Whatever mask type you choose make sure you have at least two masks per day in case the first one gets wet/dirty.

I'm all about disposable masks with the little bit of wire above the nose because I have glasses. I mostly wear the "Welby" brand from my local Aldi stores. When I'm down in FL next month I plan to wear those and maybe bring along some bandage tape....

With fabric masks I'm constantly fighting to keep my glasses from fogging up.

And yep no matter what, athletic material, cotton, or disposable they all get damp or gross eventually.... bring spares to change throughout the day.

I have spent so much on mask.. my favorite are the schoolmaskpack masks from crayola. Brim to under chin nose metal and adjustable ear loops.

We’ve been using Mandala scrubs mask and really like them. They have adjustable ear straps, metal over the nose and are thick but breathable.

I work retail and have to wear masks all day at work. I like my cute cloth masks, but the disposable ones are just more comfortable all day. I just wish I could find them in a Disney print. At least I can find lots of different colors.

What masks chains do you use?
We have been using these... I have sensitive ears and like that I can adjust them so they aren’t in my ears the whole day

KN95 masks are the most difficult to breathe in of all the masks I've tried. OP, since you said breathability is your main concern, I'd avoid these and go with paper disposables.

I've found exactly the opposite. These are duckbill masks, and they are very comfortable. They are the only ones that don't fog up my glasses.

Thank you so much! We have been trying to find a good combination!
