Mashed Potatoes at 1900 Park Fare??

I just tried to look up the reccipe fo rthe mashed potatoes on the dinner buffet at 1900 Park Fare. I keep seeing a recipe for Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Red Skinned Potatoes (in one dish). Does anyone know for SURE if the recent buffets (I was there in May of this year)contain this particular type of mashed potato? I am really surpised because I can't stand sweet potatoes and I thought these WERE THE BEST MASHED POTATOES OF MY LIFE!!! Leave it to Disney to open my eyes to something like this. I would LOVE it if some could confirm this for me! I was wanting to make them for Thanksgiving !

Anyone live down there who has plans to go over there for dinner?

I just did a search too, and found the same one. I'm thrown off by the sweet potatoes - I really didn't think there were any in the ones we had at 1900! Anybody??

Have you tried contacting the restaurant? I've NEVER been turned down when I ask either when we're dining or when we return home.
