It's been a long time since I've posted on WISH. I was doing really well last year and lost about 15 pounds. Then some circumstances out of my control (i.e. surgery) kind of put me on hiatus from working out and then I just stopped caring. Now that we'll be in WDW in a couple of months...and now that I've put back on all that weight I lost and then some...I realized it's time to kick my behind into high gear. I simply cannot justify having to buy new pants/shorts/skirts every year because I'm not taking care of myself. It's got to stop. My goal is to lose 20 pounds (more would be wonderful!). I officially started my WISH challenge this week (Monday), but haven't had the opportunity to post about it until now. So here I am!! I'm hoping to post a food journal & exercise journl every day to keep me accountable, but there may be days I can't get on...so I might miss that. I guess I'll start with today...
Exercise: 60 crunches, 60 butt lifts, 20 leg lifts (per leg), 10 leg swings (per leg)
Breakfast: Light n Fit yogurt
Snack: about 10 reduced fat cheez-its, 1 cup water
Lunch: grilled chicken on 1/2 bun with lettuce & tomato, small fresh fruit cup, 1 cup water
I'm at work right now so won't have the opportunity to eat dinner until I get off work...which won't be for another couple of hours or so. I'll update again when that happens.
