Mary Poppins

Hello

I just had a quick question. My 4 yr old dd recently saw Mary Poppins, and since buying the movie ourselves, she has watched it over and over. She now wants to meet her. Is there anywhere in the parks we can meet her? I always see her in the parade and I heard she is at a character meal too. If anyone could give me an idea of where she is we would really appreciate it!

Met her in January just out side of the Pinocchio Restaurant in Magic Kingdom.

We have seen Mary Poppins at the Grand Floridian. They have a character breakfast and dinner. We have done both, but Mary was only at the dinner.

She's frequently at the London Pavlion at World Showcase in Epcot.

I've seen her out and about all over the Magic Kingdom, too.

In recent years, I've seen her most often in the back of the Toy Shop in the United Kingdom Pavillion at EPCOT. I've also seen her at MGM with the other face characters near Hollywood Boulevard at at MK in the back if the Expo Hall at Town Square.

We met her a week ago Friday at the UK toy store in Epcot. It was a total surprise, as we went looking for Pooh!

We saw at the GF 1900 Park Fare Character Breakfast and also at the Character Breakfast @ Cinderella's Castle.

We had Mary Poppins at our character breastfast in the castle. That was in Dec of 03. If you are looking for a certain character you can stop at guest relations to find out when and where you can meet them.

When we were there june 27-july 2nd this year i saw her twice once during the opening of the magic kingdom and the opening of epcot she gets out and stands around and u can talk to her and take pictures but i only saw her at the opening i didnt see her after that when they kept coming out

we saw her at the Cinderella breakfast in the castle on May 5, 2005.

We bought the Mary Poppins DVD when it came out and our DD5 watched it over and over before our trip. It was the 1st she had ever heard of Mary Poppins. She was so thrilled to get to meet her at breakfast.

BTW, the food was fantastic.

she is at the GF for breakfast only now - Dinner is for Cinderella - she is also usually at the castle breakfast

don't forget to ask at Guest Services - they can always tell you where you can meet any character in any park that day!

We got to meet Mary Poppins in our Nov. 2002 trip at MGM -- near the front I think. My DS (then 3) was so excited. She gave him a kiss on his cheek and had red lipstick on. We got a picture of Mary Poppins' kiss on him. He still thinks that's neat!

We met her at the Princess Breakfast. At first my kids did not kow who she was. So my husband and I told them and then they immediately wanted the movie. So when we got home I bought it for them and they love it.

She is my son's favorite too. We have a great picture with her in her white dress at the Princess Storybook character breakfast at Norway in Epcot.

Also, don't miss her carousel horse on display in the line for The Great Movie Ride at MGM. I had forgotten it was there and DS had to point it out to me!

We've seen her many times in the UK pavillion. I have a really cute picture of her looking over my DD who was sleeping in her stroller at the time. Kind of like she was our Nanny for the day
