Now that she will be released from prison, and her victim is 21 y/o, should the ban for life be lifted?

I, in no way condone her behavior, but he is now of legal age. If they want to be together, (right or wrong) I think the courts should lift the ban and stay out of it.


Any thoughts?

Don't they have a child together? If so, I think that she and the father should talk to see how things are going for the child. Also since he is of legal age, I agree, let them do what they want.

I agree that the ban for life should be lifted, and I also didn't condone her behaviour.


Does the guy want to get back togethor with her? The whole thing is so weird.

According to CNN earlier, the "boy" is appealing the ban. He wants to see her and find out her true feelings They have two kids together.

The part that disturbs me most is that she wants custody of the girls. Apparently his mother is doing a great job raising them. I think the kids should stay with her. They surely will have enugh problems later in life from the actions of both parents.

Despite the fact that she makes me sick, the "boy" is now 21 and if he wants to see her, so be it. The government must now step back and let them do what they want.

I also think that because he is legal age now they really shouldn't stop them from seeing each other. I definately think wahat she did was wrong on so many levels...but that is another thing.

His Mom has been raising the kids. I hope the courts keep it that way and do not give custody back to the Mom.

What's odd is I just thought of this case a few days ago, and looked around for some news on it to find none. When did they release her?

I even checked Court TV's site, I would think they would have it but they do not!


And I swear there was a case a lot like hers recently, where a young blonde teacher slept with her 14 yr old student, but I can't remember her name or where it took place.

Sick! Shows that not all pedophiles are male.

My opinion is that NO, she should NOT have custody, and that at 21 he is legal to do as he pleases.

Good Morning America had a segment on this a few days ago. He wants to appeal the ban, but doesn't have any money to hire a lawyer right now. He's saying that he still loves her and still thinks of her. Don't know from her part.

They do have 2 children that are being raised by the grandmother. The kids do know their mother and the grandmother do take them to visit their mother in prison.

Even if they are able to get back together, she'll be forever branded a sexual predator and her kids will have that stigma attached to them. I feel sorry for the kids mostly.

That took place in FL. 23yo with a 14yo I believe.
