Has anyone had a small reception at Marvin Gardens at the Boardwalk? Pictures would be great.

DJ Chuck thanks for the response that gives me an idea of the look of the room.

Has anyone held a small reception at Marvin Gardens where it is divided into 3 smaller rooms? I am looking to have a brunch/lunch following a morning ceremony for about 10 people. I originally inquired about the Key West room, but the Wedding Consultant I have been corresponding with indicated it wasn't available on the date I wanted and reccomended Marvin Gardens, which I haven't seen discussed in recent threads.

If you only need room for 10 people and you like the BoardWalk Convention Center, I suggest the Park Place Room:

Thanks lurkyloo I hadn't heard about that location before it does look cozy. I guess I will have to consider how important windows are!

We had 2 of the Marvin Gardens rooms for our reception. Including us there was 26 people in total. I loved the room, especially the patio outside and the rotunda area which we used for our cocktail hour.

I, too, didn't know of these two rooms. It would be great to know more or see more pictures. Carrie, do you know what the F & B minimums are?

I was told that it is a $600 food & beverage minimum when Marvin Gardens is subdivided into 3 sections.
