Are marvel products available in either park? We are planning on having gift baskets made for the kids and am wondering what is available if anything.

Yes! Your best bet will probably be the Emporium or World of Disney. I've seen more toys/accessories than clothing, and most of it aimed towards kids, so you should be fine!

My DH and I got back this evening, and we hardly saw any Marvel stuff. He was a bit disappointed.

I've seen quite a few Marvel items at Downtown Disney. There was one store especially that had a lot of Marvel and Star Wars things but I'm struggling to recall what it was called... I think it was where the Anne Geddes store used to be?

I believe that you're thinking of D Street in DtD. They feature Disney vinylmations as well as a lot of Marvel and Star Wars clothing and stuff.

They have lots of Marvel stuff at the World of Disney near the exit closest to DTD (not the one closest to DLR)

Both places, and the stuff we saw was geared towards little kids, and my DH wanted more collectible type things, he's also very particular, and even though Star Tours is his favorite ride, didn't want anything Star Wars (and they had some cool shirts, etc.)
