I didn't like Grande Vista either. I loved both Cypress Harbour and Harbour Lake but HL is really only worth it if your kids are 1-10 years old. I thought CH was the classiest and I LOVED the location.

I've spent 8 weeks at the MGV in the past 4.5 years. They've list their quality. Stay away. I've booked for Cypress Harbour in October.

If you can get Marriott's Lakeshore Reserve, I'd stay there. That's the nicest timeshare resort I've ever stayed at.
