Need some advice - I have $200 in Marriott gift cheques, and need a one night stay in Orlando the night before we check into Disney Nov 30. Travellers include my parents, sister, DH & DS4. The Marriot timeshare hotels seem perfect for us, sleeping arrangement-wise. Royal Palms wants $216 for a 2 bedroom suite, while Cypress Harbour wants $184. Is there any reason NOT to go with Cypress Harbour?

no - it gets better reviews.

RP i think just got a rehab. It is closer to WDW.

We've not stayed at Royal Palms but I've been on the property and we've stayed at Cypress Harbour a couple of times and will be going back next February. From what I've seen and experienced I wouldn't hesitate to pick Cypress Harbour - it is a high quality resort that's just finished a resort-wide renovation of the buildings.

Stay at Cypress Harbour. I have stayed at both within the last couple of years. CH is much more restfull and user friendly.

Thanks for the advice! :goodvibes Just out of curiosity, and for planning purposes, how far is Cypress Harbour from WDW - we want to check in at the Polynesian in time to make rope drop at MK the next morning. I'm just wondering what time I'll need to drag everyone out of bed!
