We just used priceline and got Marriott Orlando World Center for $90 a night. Has anyone stayed there? How is it? Is there a resort fee? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. BTW, the cheapest I could find the hotel online was for $250 a night.

We have stayed there a few times. Not aware of any resort fee. It is your standard full service Marriott hotel. They have a great pool complex and plenty of dinning options on site. Very close to the Disney gates.

What dates did you reserve for that price?

We are staying there 2/20-2/22.
Do they charge a parking fee?

That is a fantastic price. We stayed there in 07' and paid $132 w/ a AAA discount and I haven't seen it that low since. Yes there are parking fees but I do not remember what they were but with what you are paying for your room the parking isn't a big deal. The hotel is huge. We were in the west building on the top floor. When we were on the balcony if we looked to the left we could see the main pool. If we looked to the right, DTD. One night we ordered room service and my DH and I sat on the balcony and watched the fireworks from Disney. Room service was very good and reasonably priced.
I would stay there again.
If you have any other questions, I'll do my best to answer them.

That is great about the fireworks. I didn't realize it was that close to disney. I am definitely excited that we decided to do priceline then. We only needed somewhere to stay a couple of nights before we checked into the beach club.:goodvibes

We just ended up with the room that we did, we didn't ask for it. You probably should, just to be sure, if that's what you want. We over looked a parking lot but if we got lucky enough to find a parking spot in it, it was really convenient.

If you need to do laundry, they have facilities that are really reasonable too.
When we were there it only cost a $1 a load to wash. I can't remember how much the dryers were though.

Stayed there many times..love it! Fabulous pool!

My experience with parking...

While the onsite is much cheaper, the onsite parking deck is quite a ways away. There is a shuttle bus that runs from the deck to the lobby. You can walk it, but that gets a little old for me.

I prefer just doing the valet. Much less hassle, and I prefer to have as few hassles on vacation as possible.

Some people may even classify it as "lazy". Guilty as charged!
