marriott or hyatt?

I thought we might take a few days in Orlando to decompress after our 4 day April cruise with dds ages 3 and 6. Not sure we'll visit the theme parks, maybe just swim and relax. Does anyone have experience staying at either of the Marriott timeshares (Marriott Grande Vista or Cypress Harbour) or the Villas of Grand Cypress for a few nights? We love to stay at Disney's BCV, but as our visit will fall over a weekend, I'm afraid the rental points are just too high . Thanks for any insight.

Did you post this on the Orlando board? There is lots of timeshare discussion over there. I've stayed at Cypress Harbour- it is very nice. I've heard the Grande Vista is also nice. I'm not familiar with the third one you named.
