Marriott Grande Vista other options??

We have stayed at the grasnde vista and other marriott timeshare properties in Orlando. I have noticied another timeshare located kind of around the corner from Grande Vista towards Walgreens. I cannot for the life of me recall waht the name of it is.
I am not sure if it is a hyatt or hilton. Anyone advise?
Also any recommendations for a stay at a timeshre in the area paying cash?

The one by Walgreens is the HiltonGVC SeaWorld.

The one by Walgreens is the HiltonGVC SeaWorld.

And around the corner from HGVC SeaWorld are Marriott's Cypress Harbour and Marriott's Harbour Lake, both on Westwood Boulevard.

I just booked the HGVC Seaworld a few minutes ago. Watching for the MGV though....hoping something pops up.
