I had to laugh as I was reading about you almost naming the update "Mmmmm...That smells so good" because just as I read that DD walked by me smelling....well.... let's just say she smelled like she wanted to be alone. Kinda killed the visual for me.

Looking forward to hearing about Kim Possible. It's on our "To Do" list.

Kim Possible. Oh, Kim. It might be a tad "too fun" for the kids--dragging their parents through the WS! But, it really is cute. More on all that soon! (and I better get there before your trip! )

Brook, great update! I am sooo looking forward to walking to the parks. I never thought it would be such a huge issue for me, but after walking everywhere at DLP I am so excited about that direct access.

Thanks for the info on being able to get Kim Possible FPs before the WS opens. I am planning on doing a few adventures in October and that will make things easier if we can pick the FP up when we enter the park in the morning.

You will LOVE it! It completely spoils you! For this trip I already discovered I had a hard time making resort ADRs since I don't like the idea of having to transfer. S-p-o-i-l-e-d!

If you get a KP FP at the IG (whoa, acronyms!) it will be for one of the countries near it, France or the UK. Sometimes they have FPs for the other locations though - you can just ask too, they are good about giving you what you want!

That boy LOVES his gift shops! I very much remember him asking to go into one and me asking, "Why? We are going to a ride!" "No, I don't want to ride, it's fun in THERE!"

I love sleep-in days at Disney. It's awesome to wake up feeling refreshed and knowing you are in the Happiest Place on Earth. Yay.

Epcot always smells good. I bet it smelled exceptionally good on that day. Mmmm.

Most every day for us is sleep-in day at Disney. As you'll find out as this trip unfolds. My goal was to make it to at least ONE RD.

The empty World Showcase is WONDERFUL! It's so quiet and calm. Ahhhhh...I will miss staying in that area this trip!

Beautiful, beautiful Epcot pictures! I thought the big Mickey head flower display was especially vibrant this year. I've see many displays in the past, but this one just seemed especially bright to me. Probably my imagination - they are always beautiful.

Starting my Wednesday off with happy Henry pictures just makes me smile. I think of him every time I see Cars things in stores.

We're having a tough time figuring out the Christmas/New Year's trip. SW flight prices were released, but they are not pretty. The best one if early Christmas morning. The girls are still little and don't know the difference, so we could do Santa on Friday night, having the girls' toys on Sat. morning, then take that Sun. flight and be in WDW almost all of Christmas Day. Coming back, there's nothing good anywhere, so we are going to have to suck it up and pay high prices or rent a car and drive back.

Those flowerbeds were absolutely stunning. I couldn't get over it. You'll see several more pictures of the exact same thing as my TR goes on.

I'm so glad to bring a smile to your face this morning! His Cars OBSESSION has just slightly waned, just in time for the 2nd movie to come out and it to flare up again!

That stinks about the prices. I hope they come down some! We just kept trying to figure it out-even if we got cheap flights, it would all be such a stretch at this point in our lives. Hopefully next year or the year after we will be more comfortable and could swing two back-to-back trips. NYE is such a unique experience and so fun!

The flowers are awesome! We will be going back (planned anyway) for the last week in February. I'm afraid we will miss the F&GF start, but hopefully we will at least catch some of the displays before they officially open!

The sun is just perfect in the early morning at Rope Drop to make spectacular pictures! I'd love to be in the park sometime at sunrise - those would be phenomenal.

But, I doubt I could get up that early.

I was love the empty World Showcase - walking through the IG and through the empty park like a VIP! It really is a neat perspective, it's so quiet and pretty!!

Yay, and update and I'm caught up too!
Love Henry's cars. Claire had A LOT of money to spend, and she did well, She came home with more than half, but has since spent most of that.

You got some great Epcot shots too. I haven't really looked through mine yet, so I don't know how well mine turned out, but I think I didn't take as many as I wanted to. It was such a busy day and drizzled to start out with.

I hope you go in August!
