Can anyone help me with how to obtain a Florida marriage license. I am from Canada, and am wondering if there is a waiting period or certain amount of days I need to be in Florida before I can get one? Or is it possible to be done by mail? We are planning on getting to WDW on a saturday, and getting married on a monday, so I just want to be sure it will work.

Thanks!!

Thanks a lot!
It doesn't say anything about marriages for non-American citizens, do Canadians count as "non-Florida" residents or is there another form to fill out?

The actual form you have to fill out for inital information lists the requirement of Passport numbers for non-US citizens, so I'm assuming it's the same form. At least I hope it is, because that's the one I mailed away very recently! ;) Also FIY, these answers are in the FAQ section:

Q. Does the waiting period apply to nonresidents of Florida?
A. No. If either party is a nonresident of this state, no waiting period is required.

Q. Do one or both of the marriage license applicants have to be American citizens?
A. No. There is no citizenship requirement.
