Marriage License

Question...

Do you just need just a driver's license for the marriage certificate or do you need your birth certificate or anything else when you go to get it. Hw long did it take to get it

You will each need a driver's license, social security number (card not needed) and the ~$100 fee. When we went, there was no line, and it took about 15-20min. We decided to return the filled out application ourselves so we would get a certified copy of the license right away so we could start the name-change process. There was a line of about 6-7 people, we were there about 20-25min. It all depends on who's infront of you.

We went to the court house in Kissimmee and it took us about 45 minutes. The office there is also the Passport office and we unfortunately arrived on the day when many people wanted a passport!
