Marriage License for Canadians

Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone knew off hand if there is a waiting period for Canadians obtaining a Florida marriage license. On the information that I received from my officiant it says that there isn't one for out of state residents, but I wasn't sure if it was the same for Canadians or not. Thanks for your help!

Only Florida residents have the waiting period. Everyone else - whether they're from California, Canada, or Cambodia - can get the license on the day they apply.

Yep! No issues! We just took in our passports to the Osceola Court of the Clerk in Kissimmee and were out in about 30 minutes! Easy peasy.

That is excellent to hear! I was hoping that it wouldn't be too difficult.
