My BFF is officiating. She got ordained online and neither of us have any idea what we are doing, but we are darn determined to do it.

How do we file the marriage license after we have it all filled out and the ceremony has been performed? Can we mail it? Do we have to turn it in in person?

We are going to be filing with Brevard County Clerk of the Court. The website walks you through everything to do it from out of state, if you're in the same situation as us. I imagine if you're staying in Florida for your honeymoon, you could just take it in person if you wanted. Im still trying to figure it out as I go too, since my brother is going to marry us and we have no clue what we're doing. Good luck with everything!!

You/she mail it in after the wedding. I think there may even be an envelope with the return address provided. But it has the mailing address with it at any rate.
