Marriage License 101.....

My planner told me that you can get your marriage license by mail? Has anyone done this? What is the best way to obtain this license? We are from out of state, so the easier the better.......

we did that, we used a wedding for you inc. we submitted the form had our signatures notarized, paid by check, they processed the form, etc. it was very convinient as we lived in illinois at the time & i didnt want to waste valuable prewedding & vacation time in florida on the license.
