I am a big couscous fan and I am wondring how this is. Right now I have us booked at Tokyo Dining, but part of me wants to switch to Marrakesh.....suggestions please?

I loved the vegetable cous cous. The vegetable were cooked very similar to the way my mom made them when I was a kid so I was in heaven! This was one of my favorite meals of that particular trip. It was very tasty and very filling! I'm trying to remember what vegetables were served but my memory is failing me. I do remember eggplant, carrots and zucchini. I would not hesitate to go back.

It's funny, DH is middle eastern but their food is bland to me for the most part. They use lots of herbs but NO hot spices, so I think he might not like this place. His stomach is VERY sensitive to spice :sad1:

I didn't find that the vegetable cous cous had too much spice at all. It seemed like it was seasoned very lightly actually. I found this recipe.. Maybe it will help you decide..

Now this makes my decision harder!:confused3
