Marrakesh and dining plan question

Sorry if this has already been asked/answered, but...

I'm on the regular Disney Dining plan next month, and we have an ADR at Marrakesh. Does anybody know if you can get the Royal Feast on this plan?

When we went last year my DH had this. There was a small upcharge for the Feast on the Regular DDP, but it was well worth it.
I forget exactly how much ?$5 - ?$10, something like that

I remember the surcharge being $7 per person ordering the royal feast, but that doesn't mean it hasn't increased.
