Festival of Chocolate will be held at the Orlando Science Center March 5-6th.
Sounds like a fun and yummy event!

Sweet! Festival of Chocolate to return to Orlando Science Center
The Festival of Chocolate will return to the Orlando Science Center on March 5-6.

The event shows off the scientific properties of chocolate but also offers up all sorts of goodies, including cupcakes, cookies, brownies, crepes, truffles, cakes, chocolate drinks and (digest this for a second) chocolate spa treatments.

Local chocolatiers will sell the desserts, priced from $1 to $5. Pastry chefs will host demonstrations and classes for all skill levels.

An exhibit will capture the the history of chocolate, its production process plus chocolate art and traditions. Kids will be invited to design edible art in the creative chocolate crafts area, and adults will participate in “zany” chocolate competitions. (Hint: the science center refers to this as “hands-on.”)

The Festival of Chocolate is included in science center admission ($17 general, $12 ages 3-11). For more information, call 407-514-2000 or visit www.osc.org.

I'm sure your boss won't mind! I've heard in addition to being a genius, he is also very kind and benevolent and that you are his favorite. Heck, I bet he even gives you the day off with pay!

(just trying to help you out...kill him with kindness)

I'd think this is something that should be covered for the PodCast. Tell John he can write it off as a business expense.

And checking out chocolate spa treatment in Orlando would be much cheaper than sending you to the Hotel Hershey to check it out.;)

It's on a weekend, so maybe I can take a very quick trip down... Looking at airfare now, LOL.

4,000th post! :)
