We had breakfast in our Villas at Saratoga Springs which is so good. We even had our own washing machine so no washing when we get back to the UK.
Today is our Islands of Adventure day at Universal (all other days will be Disney only)
We have our annual pass for these parks and could get a discount off for Terry and Sara who had not bought these tickets before they left the UK. We got one preferred annual pass which gave 20% discount on all shops in the parks and city walk.
First ride was Hulk but only Mark and Maurice went on it this year. Kirsty did not feel up to it today. Next was Spiderman which we all went on and really enjoyed.
After this we made a mistake by getting absolutely soaked on the popeye ride. We rode it twice without getting off as they had just opened it. It was not that warm and both myself and Megan bought dresses and changed in the restrooms as we thought it was too cold to stay so wet. Kirsty and Jack also decided to buy new t-shirts too. Poor Sara was the wettest and bought a lovely towel from the stall just as you get off the ride.
Some of us went on log flume but I gave it a miss as I had my new dry dress on!
The sun was now coming out so we had a ride on Jurrasic Park and then went to Mythos for lunch. We asked for our table for nine to be outside as we need to dry off and not be in an air conditioned environment. Our family have eaten here a couple of times before and the scenery outside is beautiful but the food rather expensive for what you get.
Our table is just by this stature. There is a lovely viewing area just where we were eating

I just love the views from this restaurant.
After lunch we took a walk round the cat in the hat area. We did a spot shopping here and also in City Walk. Terry and Sara bought Kirsty some lovely clothes in shop just next to the cinema, for her birthday tomorrow.
When we got back to Saratoga we had tea in the Villas which was roomy enough for all 9 of us to eat.
The rooms are really lovely. There is a whirlpool bath and a walk in shower in the one bedroom villa.
We all walked to Downtown Disney to do some shopping spending ages in the World of Disney.
Sara seemed to do the far the most shopping than the rest of us this holiday buying all her family such lovely gifts. As the rest of us had only been last year we did not shop as much as usual.
Tomorrow is Jack and Kirsty's birthdays.
