MarineLand rates?

Can anyone tell me the approximate admission rates for Marine Land in Ontario? I want to plan my budget out and their website has taken down their rates for last year!

Major budget saving trip .. Don't go!

They have Dolphins, sea lions and two whale tanks, a bear habitat, deer habitat and a few "rides" for the bargain price of $30 per person...

In the summer when i went there (company picnic) they had a sign for a new Pavilion to be opening in 2003 --- it's 2010!!!! it was just an empty field where the new Pavilion was supposed to be..

There is so much more and better to do in the Niagara region than spend time and $$$ in that wasteland of space (like taking a tour of the local gas station restrooms!)

Well dang! That's not what I was hoping to hear! Any suggestions on must do's then? My youngest will never forgive us if we don't go on the Maid of the Mist....

it is expensive and yes very little to do but my girls loved it last summer.

We went to Niagara Falls with the kids (then aged 6 and 8)... and when we looked into Marine land ... we decided not to go. Cost and value where the reason we opted out. We did do the maid of the mist and the big Ferris wheel.

There is lots to do there ... but it is a major tourist trap.

My kids loved Marineland. We went the last week of August and it wasn't too busy and we hardly waited for any rides. DS loved the dolphin show so much he watched it twice. If your a CAA member there is a discount off your admission.

I agree it is a waste of money plus on a hot day, it is extra hot there.

So much open space.

You would be better off going up Clifton hill and checking out the stuff there.

My son loves Marineland. For the kids it is a nice place to go, although expensive. Can't remember how much it is, but for my son, it was worth it. My cousin lives about 20 mins from Marineland & gets a season pass every year becuase it's only $5 extra per person & her kids LOVE IT (aged 3 & 4). You can bring food & picnic there to save money.

If you want to go to "haunted houses" & wax museums head to Clifton Hill, everthing is ridiculously priced, even food. IMO, Clifton Hill is a waste of time & money. The falls are nice, I've never done Maid of the Mist as it doesn't appeal to me but have gone behind the falls. The butterfly museum is ok, but I find it boring & it doesn't take very long to do.

Niagara Falls in itself is crazy with prices. Dinner at Denny's will cost you more than double than if you head just across the border to the US to eat at Denny's. If you're looking to go on a cheap vacation, Niagara Falls is not the place to go, unless you're a really good gambler & can win your cost of holiday back at the BJ tables

My kids love Marineland. Personally, I hate Marineland. I spend the whole time whining about how it's not Seaworld and how dirty it is compared to other theme parks. They used to have a deal that, for an extra $5, your ticket was turned into a Season Pass.

If you're looking for a cheaper but fun theme park, I've heard good things about Darien Lake which is about half an hour past BUffalo.
