My DD left for the Birthday Ball alittle while ago. Have to brag- she looked so cute. This is the 3rd one she has attended with her guy.

What rank is he? Was he in blues or greens? Sharpest I ever looked was when I was a Sergeant in my blues, with my 2 longevity stripes. Probably only reason my wife married me.

He is a corporal and wore his blues. I love that uniform! My husband is a retired AF LtCol and the AF uniform just can't beat the look of the Marines.

Aww, I'm so jealous! Ours is next week, but unfortunately, DH is in Iraq so we won't be going this year. We usually get to go to 2 anyway (Officer & the Battalion) so that helps to make up for it. Hope she has a wonderful time.
