Plus with pot becoming legal much of the crap it's cut with to make the illegal dealer more money would be lessened and psychosis limited.

This country grows tobacco which is a killer. Grain for alcohol another killer, it should just be another crop.
We've killed U.S. farmers maybe it would give them a chance to stay afloat.

Oh, and I'm pretty confident that the medical field could come up with some sort of Breathalyzer that would pick up on very recent mj usage. So that is definitely not something that I think would stand in the way of legalization.

I am confident of this as well. I do agree that a tried and true test needs to be done to ensure that people are not driving, operating heavy machinery, or going to work under the influence of smoking pot. I am very against being under the influence of pot, alcohol, and ALSO prescription meds that make you drowsy or "not all there" while driving to working.

I remember a few years ago, a woman who was under the influence of a prescription pain med (she was NOT using it recreationally) was driving and slammed into the Whole Foods front entrance. She caused the entire front window glass of the store to shatter and an innocent shopper lost both of her legs because of it It was absolutely mortifying. The woman was using this drug for health reasons, but she had no business being out in public driving.
