*Can Marie kick the coke/sweet tea habit that she's acquired the last 3 months? If she doesn't, then wait to see if her firbrocystic breasts explode...could it be today?

Good evening viewers!!
In case you missed today's episode, here's the recap~

*The phone rang and DH found out that he has to fill out the 30 page application again & they'll do a background check...so in other words....still no definate answer.

*The real estate agent called...the showing has been postponed until tomorrow....will they actually show up??

*The breasts have not exploded yet...but the time-bomb keeps ticking!!! One more coke and you won't know what happened!!!

*Stay tuned next week to see what the outcome of all of this is...as well as....

*Will the kids enjoy the zoo tomorrow, or will they think it's totally lame?

*Will the bathroom stay clean....or will the scum-master take over again?

*Will the friends from Memphis make it to town before midnight, or will I make them sleep outside for leaving so late to drive down here!!?

*Will my hormones level out, or will I just go completely nutso before Monday??

In case you tuned out....as I keep trying to do....previously on "Marie's Dsyfunctional World"...

*The call came stating he had to redo his 30+ page application....AND TURN IT IN IN PERSON!!! But that's ok...Charming leading man DH has a court case back in Memphis on Wednesday, so he'll turn it in then.

*The real estate agent never called back....do you see a pattern here on the show...I think the agent is about to lose her contract this season...

*The breasts are maintaining....as long as the cokes are out of the picture, our leading lady may go back to normal status....stay tuned.

*And yes, the family (minus DH) went to the zoo on Saturday. It was by far the most depressing, anti-climatic thing ever!! Major disappointment!! No bears, no elephants, 3 monkeys and they were comatose!! We did get to feed a giraffe... .

*Today our leading lady is doing laundry and packing up some stuff that can go back to TN......

stay tuned to see if she can beat the never ending drama that is the laundry pile. Also....will the rum ever come???

Wow, so much has been going on since I last posted ( I check in but don't always post)!
I'm sorry that the house still hasn't sold and you guys are having to consider going back. I think you have the right attitude though! It isn't all bad and you would never have known if it could work if you hadn't tried. We moved to Alpharetta and had told ourselves that we REALLY didn't want to ever move back to Macon. We had thought that if we moved anywhere it would be Out of Georgia. But we were there for a bit and really didn't like it and went home at least once a month. After deliberation we determined that coming back to Macon was the right thing for us to do. You guys may not want to stay in Memphis forever, but maybe this just wasn't the exactly right time to leave Plus getting away and trying out a different job gives you some new perspective on the old one. And like you said, you have some good friends back there which is always a PLUS!!

About that sweet tea/coke thing! There will be NO exploding breasts around here young lady!! You made me kick my habit, so you can't go back to yours!! Take it one day at a time and nip it in the bud!

Sorry the Zoo was a let down. Feeding the giraffe sounds fun though!

Today on "Marie's Dysfunctional World", we found our leading lady facing yet another dilemma~~~ *du-du-du-dummmmmmmmmmmmm* ~~ Let's go back to the show....

*MB (marie's boss) "Marie, have you given any more thought to the offer I made you last week?"
*M(me)"What...you paying my house note...I still think you're nuts!"
*M"For how long would that go on? How much would I have to pay back? Would it be in place of my wages? Would I be 1099 for it??"
*MB- "Good questions....I can look into it...How long do you think it would take to sell your house?"
*M-"Well, it's been on the market for almost 6 months, and it hasn't shown but 1/2 dozen times. The analyst's say it may be 2009 before the market turns around....are ya'll gonna pay my mortgage for a year?"
*MB-"How much do you need to make to cover the mortgage?"
*M- "WHAT???"
*MB-"Give me a number....how much will it take?"
*M- "You're frickin' nuts lady!!!
*MB-"Give me a number....let's see what we can do!!"
(this continues on throughout the day....)
*MB- as she's leaving for the day..."Get me a number in the morning...first thing!!"

*The illustrious dog finally stopped yacking.....DS's test was postponed until next week...(so he says!)....and precious DD still can't say her R's worth a darn!!!
